Where can I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped [ideally within 2-7 business days], you will receive an email with the subject “A shipment from order ...” letting you know that your order has shipped, and a tracking number will be provided to you at the bottom of the email.

What does my tracking information on USPS mean?

Shipping Label Created
If the shipment has not yet been scanned by a USPS carrier, then the tracking status on USPS.com will only show "Shipping Label Created.”

Pre-Shipment
USPS is informed of the shipper's intent to ship when they create a mailing label for shipping from the USPS website. Pre-shipment means USPS knows about the intended shipment but does not yet have the package in possession for delivery.

Acceptance
This scan indicates that a Postal Service employee has accepted the item at a Post Office and/or that the carrier has picked up the item at a customer's residence/business.

Processed Through Sort Facility
This status means your mail or packages have been processed by a sorting facility where packages are sorted by state, city, and route for onward ground delivery to post offices and then delivery to the customer.

In Transit
One of the processing stages which means that the parcel is on the way to the delivery. Once a package has started moving towards the delivery point, the package is in transit to the destination.

Out for Delivery
The package has been scanned to indicate that it was put on the mail truck and will be delivered that day. Occasionally, there can be a delay for one reason or another and the package does not get delivered. You'll know because the day will go by without a 'Delivered' scan update.

Returned to Sender
Under most circumstances, a parcel will be returned to the sender for the following reasons: the parcel is unclaimed for a long time after several delivery attempts; the address is incorrect/incomplete; customs issues; or package loss/damage.

What does my tracking information on FEDEX mean?

Initiated
Initiated means it has started the shipping process, which could mean no more than a shipping label has been printed.

Picked Up
Your package has been picked up from our warehouse.

In Transit
In transit means that the parcel is on the way to the delivery. It has been picked up and is moving towards the final destination.
- Returned to Sender

In transit means that the parcel is on the way to the delivery. It has been picked up and is moving towards the final destination.

Arrived Overseas
Your package has arrived in the destination country and it’s pending customs inspection.
- Item is Pre-advised
The shipper has already printed the shipping label, but the parcel has not been received by courier yet.
- Out for Delivery
A parcel has reached its final destination and is on its way for delivery to the recipient’s address.
- Departure to a Country of Destination
The parcel has departed to its foreign destination.

Arrival Scan
A DHL facility has scanned a package on arrival.
- Redirected
The address was incorrect, so the package has to be delivered again.
- Into Customs
The parcel needs to pass through customs.
- Cleared Customs
The item has gone through customs.
- Returned to Sender
