Do you accept returns [for a refund] for a defective product?
Yes. Below are two scenarios in which you can return the product for a refund.

Scenario 1:
If the product arrived defective, please send us a video showing the following:
1. The product is plugged in and the power socket is turned on.
2. Press the power button for 3 seconds.
Once your video is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your video and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 - 7 business days.
- Scenario 2:
If the product arrived in good condition and broke down after a few uses, we will send you a replacement. Please send us a video showing the following:
1. The product is plugged in and the power socket is turned on.
2. Press the power button for 3 seconds.
Once your video is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your video and will also notify you of when the replacement will arrive.

Do you accept returns [for a refund] for a change of mind?
If you want to return your item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us. It must be returned in new condition.

Do you accept exchange/replacement for a defective product?
Yes. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a video showing the following:
- The product is plugged in and the power socket is turned on.
- Press the power button for 3 seconds.
Once your video is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your video and will also notify you of when the replacement will arrive.

What is the coverage for the money-back guarantee?
Our refund policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the product was delivered, and you are not satisfied with your purchase, then we will not be able to send a refund.
